Cell Specific Reference Signal

Available for all UEs in a cell. These signals determines the phase reference for demodulating PDCCH and then DL Data.

    May be a Wrong comment at wrong place :(

    I am also facing same problem in Passport application , being resident of area pin 243501 . Online passport portal is not validating this Pin although it is taking 243001 as valid PIN.

    It seems that you may have find solution of this problem So please enlighten me as well

    Don't worry!
    Your area code may not be in there database. While submitting Docs tell the executive about your problem.
    Secondly on passport you will not get any PIN CODE details.
